0300L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 02/14/24
*Today is going to be a really nice day except for the wind. We could see gusts upwards of 35mph. That said, we will also have a front push in late tonight but it won’t amount to much with only a wind shift and a very slight temperature difference. Friday, a stronger front will bring colder temps into the area. We don’t expect any precip with either front but the Friday front will bring arctic air with it. We’ll recover with warmer temps by Sunday.
*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Sunny. Highs in the mid-60s. South winds 15 to 20 mph. Gusts up to 35 mph this afternoon.
Tonight- Clear. Lows in the upper 30s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, becoming northwest after midnight.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
