0305L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 03/27/24
*We’ll have another upper wave push through this morning bringing a fairly low chance for either light rain or light snow, depending on temperatures. Either way, if we see some snow, minimal impacts are expected. At 0300 this morning we are at 30 degrees so we’ll see what happens when this mess arrives.
*Overall, another cool day and then we warm up Thursday into the weekend and then we look forward to fire weather and possibly another cold front on Monday. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Mostly sunny this morning, then mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain showers this afternoon. Highs around 50. East winds around 5 mph, becoming southeast this afternoon. Chance of rain 20 percent.
Tonight- Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly clear. Cold with lows in the upper 20s. Southwest winds around 5 mph.
