0330L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/16/22

1- COOL DAYS AND COLD NIGHTS WILL CONTINUE ALL WEEK. This said, a few additional shots of cold air will affect the area between now and the weekend. Thursday nights front could produce some snow flurries but it doesn’t appear that anything substantial will come out of that one. We’ll wait and see for sure.

2- I know it’s sometimes difficult to get outside and enjoy the sunshine but believe it or not, getting on the warm side of a building, out of the wind can help you soak in some much needed sunshine. It’s actually good for you. If you have the time, do this. You’ll actually feel better.

3- Overall, we’ll be ok so keep a jacket with you and enjoy the weather. Just think, Spring is only 4 months away. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Sunny. Highs in the mid-40s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight- Clear, cold with lows in the lower 20s. Northeast winds around 5 mph, becoming southwest after midnight.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!
