0305L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 9/19/25
GENERAL RISK for thunderstorms here mostly later tonight into Saturday. At 0300L there are thunderstorms to our south moving away but a few may become severe so if traveling that way early this morning, use caution and watch out for minor flooding on the roads. Here, we should be ok through the day until late tonight when we have a better chance for some thunderstorms overnight. Some of those could be severe. We’ll see what happens.
Overall, we’ll be ok, so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:
Friday- Sunny. Highs in the upper 80s. South winds around 5 mph.
Friday Night- Partly cloudy in the evening, then mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Lows in the upper 60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
