0300L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 10/26/25
If you had told me that we would see 3 inches of rainfall, I may not have believed you. We received at least that around here on the west side of Enid and a few areas may have seen upwards of 4.5 inches or more. Let me know your totals when possible. Be sure to empty your gauge after looking. Rain should be over with for us but there remains that 20% chance while this system rotates out of the region.
A cold front will push in late Monday into the overnight hours bringing much colder air into the area. There is a chance for showers again as this occurs but the main issue will be freezing temps to our west. We only have a 10% chance for freezing temps this week but it’s coming in the near future so start thinking about whether there’s anything you need to do outdoors to prepare for the colder weather.
Overall, we’ll be ok, so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN:
Sunday- Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers in the morning. Patchy fog in the morning. Highs in the lower 60s. Northeast winds around 5 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
Sunday Night- Mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 50s. Northeast winds around 5 mph.
