0335L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 3/21/25

We are expecting a cold front that will push through later this morning or early afternoon. It won’t affect the temperature very much and it will bring some northerly winds. No rain is foreseen at this time. We expect another dry cold front on Sunday and it will bring fairly strong winds but again, no rain. We remain in an elevated fire danger. Will advise if needed.

Today- Partly cloudy, then becoming mostly cloudy this morning, then becoming sunny. Highs in the upper 60s. South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, becoming northwest this afternoon.

Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows around 40. North winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming southeast after midnight
