0255L-FRIDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 03/03/23

* Clearing skies from west to east will occur this morning as the upper low pressure system moves northeast. There is a slight chance for showers this morning as wraparound moisture moves through the northern part of the state from this system. No major impacts are expected.

*We will warm up as the sky clears today and southerly winds will return tonight. The weekend looks good with warm temps but it will be windy on Sunday giving us that Fire Danger once again.

*Overall, we’ll be ok so when the clouds move out, get outside, and enjoy the sunshine. It’s actually good for you. Here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Sunny. Highs around 60. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows in the mid-30s. South winds 5 to 10 mph.
