We are in a GENERAL THUNDERSTORM RISK area for today. Severe weather isn’t expected here but if you travel south, check the weather for your destination and in between. Heavy rainfall along with severe weather has occurred and is ongoing right now at 0245L from roughly OKC to the south and southwest down into north Texas. We may see additional rainfall through the morning hours then clearing this afternoon.

Today- Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms this morning, then mostly sunny this afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 40s. North winds 5 to 10 mph.
