FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-MONDAY-11/13/17

THERE WILL BE NO STORM SIREN TEST TODAY IN ENID. We’ll wait until the first Monday in DECEMBER.

Temps will be up and down this week as several troughs will work their way across the area. Drizzle may be a factor for 2 or 3 days throughout the week but overall, no major weather events to talk about. Winds will become a factor at times during the week.

The FIRE DANGER will increase so please be careful when doing anything related to fire. ALSO, if you see anything on a truck dragging the ground causing sparks, try to get the drivers attention so he doesn’t start fires for long distances. This continues to be a problem. If you can’t get their attention, call law enforcement so they can help prevent this fire issue.

Here is your forecast for today from the NWS/NORMAN;

Monday-Cloudy with a high near 53 with patchy drizzle. South southeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Monday Night-Cloudy with lows around 53. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Areas of drizzle with scattered showers possibly after midnight.

HAVE A SUPER DAY!!

MIKE
