0315L-MONDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-10/25/21

1- VOICE TEST OVER OUR SIREN SYSTEM IN ENID TODAY AT NOON. If you hear my voice in the wind, don’t panic, it’s just a test.

2- We’ll have mild weather during the day and overnight and then an ENHANCED RISK for severe weather Tuesday evening. Depending on where storms initially fire will be where the higher threats may occur. I would go ahead and secure anything that could go flying down the street so to speak, this evening, just in case. Overall, we’ll should be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Sunny. Highs around 70. Northeast winds around 10 mph shifting to the east in the afternoon.

Tonight-Clear. Lows in the upper 40s. Southeast winds around 10 mph.

3- Just remember, there is NO NEED TO PANIC and get hyper about anything right now concerning Tuesday evenings severe weather possibilities. Many things are changing so we’ll see how all of this comes together and better info will be available on Tuesday morning.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!!
