0305L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 7/20/24
*We have a 50/50 chance for thunderstorms today as a weak front pushes towards the area. It won’t arrive until early Sunday morning but the influence is out there. There are storms at 0300 L this morning out in the Woodward area and a weak one around Fairview. These are moving SE and shouldn’t affect us. IF any storms do affect the area, the winds will be the main threat along with possibly some hail. The SEVERE threat should remain out west, see graphic.

Today- Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms this morning, then partly sunny with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Highs in the upper 80s. South winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Tonight- Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of thunderstorms. A chance of showers in the evening, then showers likely after midnight. Lows in the mid-60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
