0315L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-9/10/22

1- The cold front is moving slowly our way. It will only cool us down for a few days then temps rocket back up in the mid-90s from Tuesday through the rest of the week. Rain chances increase tonight to around 50%. Severe weather isn’t expected per guidance. Winds will increase by around mid-day 10-20 mph with some gusts upwards to 28-30 mph. Secure anything around the house or at work just in case wind gusts are a bit higher.

Tonight-Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Lows in the mid-50s. North winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
