0340L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-4/24/22

1-Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 70s. North winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight-Partly cloudy in the evening, then clearing. Lows in the lower 40s. North winds 10 to 15 mph.

2- The upper 2/3rds of the county missed out on rainfall but the southeast 1/3rd received approximately ½ to 1 inch or so. This is based on radar indicated rainfall. If you did receive any rainfall, please let us know.

3- Overall, for the next several days, winds will be lighter than we have experienced over the last month they will be out of the north. Overnight temps will be cooler with lows in the low 40s for a few days and we should have abundant sunshine for the most part. The next storm chance for us should be around mid-week and then, next weekend.

4-Finally, the Fire Danger still exists so use extreme caution while utilizing anything related to fire and if you see smoke or fire, call 911.
