0330L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-8/28/22
1- ¼ of an inch of rain fell here on the west side of Enid overnight and we are in a MARGINAL RISK for possibly some severe weather later today. WINDS will be our main threat with any severe weather that occurs. See graphic attached for other information.
2- Overall, we’ll be ok but more rain is definitely ok with us. We’ll see what happens. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today-Partly sunny. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Highs in the mid-90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
Tonight-Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening, then partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Lows in the lower 70s. South winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 30 percent.
