1- It appears we will be above freezing today with abundant sunshine so get outside if possible and enjoy the warmer temps. We will gradually be warming up through mid-week so get out and absorb some sunshine.

2- As we progress through the week, we will deal with strong southerly winds that will increase the Fire Danger so continue to be very careful when utilizing anything related to fire. Remember that we are still in an extreme drought so again, be careful and report any smoke or fire to 911 so the proper response can be sent.

3- Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Sunny. Highs in the upper 30s. East winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming south this afternoon.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy. Not as cold with lows in the mid-20s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming west after midnight.
