0310L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 2/23/25
We’re back into the warmer temps instead of arctic conditions and we’ll stay this way for most of the week. Our daytime temps will average in the mid 60’s to low 70’s and overnight lows look to be in the mid to upper 30’s and low 40’s per guidance right now. I can live with this, can you all?
As I stated yesterday, be thinking about your Emergency plan and deciding what you will do in the event something crazy occurs. Yesterday I was talking about storms. You can include accidents, house fires, earthquakes, etc. You need to be prepared. Our guide is under DOCS on the front page of our gcem.org website. Prepare while your not under pressure because decision-making, when your emotions run high, doesn’t work very well. We’ll discuss more later.
Overall, we’ll be ok so here’s your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today- Sunny. Highs in the lower 60s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight- Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 30s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
