0410L-SUNDAY UPDATE AND INFORMATION FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-7/8/18

1-TECHNICIANS HAVE GOTTEN KVNX (VANCE WEATHER RADAR) BACK IN OPERATION. KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE MAY BE A GLITCH OR TWO THAT MAY TAKE IT BACK DOWN BUT FOR NOW, IT’S WORKING!!

2-Not quite as humid today as yesterday so enjoy that while you can. We are in the SSE area of a high pressure system that basically will drift around this week. Our best chances for rain will be in the Monday/Tuesday timeframe. After that per guidance, HOT. You may need to start watering around the property as it may be awhile before we see rain again.

3-Overall, take the proper precautions while working outside along with making sure your outdoor animals have FRESH water.

4- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Sunday-Sunny, with a high near 93. East southeast wind 5 to 8 mph.

Sunday Night-Clear, with a low around 70. East southeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light southeast after midnight.

HAVE A GOOD DAY!!

MIKE
