0300L-SUNDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT- 6/29/25
MARGINAL RISK for severe weather later today. Winds appear to be the main threat but hail is also a possibility. We’ll see how this comes together. At 0240 am, there are thunderstorms that have formed just to our west and extends down to Watonga. Movement is east at 5-10 mph. These look like they will affect the southern half of the county as it appears right now.
For the coming week, there will be a low chance for t-storms each day/night through next weekend. We’ll see what happens on this too.

Today- Mostly sunny. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Highs in the upper 90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
Tonight- Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the lower 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
