* We remain in that GENERAL risk area for thunderstorms. The higher severe threat area is out west in the Oklahoma/Texas panhandles as before. If you travel that way, just stay weather aware. As you will see in the forecast below, our chances are less than 50%. Just be prepared for some rain later today. We’ll see what happens.

Today- Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Highs in the lower 80s. South winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.
Tonight- Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the lower 60s. South winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.
