GENERAL RISK for any severe weather today.

1- Isolated thunderstorms will still be possible with a low risk for severe storms. Tonight, into Friday may be a different story so stay prepared. If any storms go severe, it would be due to downburst winds and hail. Remember, IF YOU CAN HEAR THUNDER, YOU CAN BE HIT BY LIGHTNING. Other than the storm chances, hot, humid, and windy so stay hydrated while working outdoors.

2- OVERALL, we’ll be ok. Stay aware of weather conditions throughout the day.

3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

TODAY-Partly cloudy with a 40% chance of thunderstorms today. Highs in the lower 90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 21 mph.

TONIGHT-Partly cloudy with a 20% chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Lows in the mid-70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph.
