0400L-THURSDAY OUTLOOK & INFO FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MGMT-2/13/2020

1- ARCTIC air has arrived and today it’ll be very cold outside. Expected highs will be in the upper 20’s with wind chill temps between 4 degrees early this morning and 19 by late afternoon. Be sure to bundle up the kids if they plan on being outside for any length of time.

2- After today, we’ll warm back up some over the weekend and then we’ll cool back down a little next week. Keep your seat belt on as we ride this roller coaster of weather. Overall, we’ll be ok.

Thursday-Increasing clouds & colder with highs near 28. North winds 10-20 gusting to 25 mph.

Thursday Night-Partly cloudy with a low around 17. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
