The Fire Danger will remain Elevated to Critical for the remainder of the week. Keep in mind that just because we get cooler doesn’t mean the danger goes away. Many factors are involved. The main idea here is to REPORT ANY FIRE OR SMOKE THAT YOU SEE TO 911 A.S.A.P.

Quick Note: In the ENE ELECTRONIC VERSION ONLINE, the fire at BK propane also had a Rural Fire response from Kremlin, Hillsdale-Carrier, Lahoma, and Drummond working with EFD to extinguish the flames.

Tuesday-Sunny, with a high near 52. Northwest wind 6 to 9 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon.

Tuesday Night-Clear, with a low around 32. Southwest wind 5 to 9 mph.
