FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-TUESDAY, 5/2/17

Enjoy the day as we should be mostly clear and winds fairly light as we transition through the day. Later this afternoon and into the evening hours we will see the clouds building once again and rain chances increasing. We are in a MARGINAL RISK for severe weather later this evening and overnight so just be prepared for some more rain. IF STORMS BECOME SEVERE, expect hail and winds to be the main threats. See graphic below for details.

Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Mostly sunny, with a high near 75. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon.
Tonight-Showers and thunderstorms. Low around 52. Northeast wind 9 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.

HAVE A SUPER DAY!!
