0400L-TUESDAY OUTLOOK FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/27/18

1- Let’s start with your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN ;

Today– Sunny with highs in the upper 40s. East winds around 10 mph.

Tonight– Clear with lows in the mid-20s. Light and variable winds becoming southeast around 10 mph after midnight.

2- Sunshine for the most part and light winds so get outside if you can over the next several days and soak in some rays.

3- Tomorrow, I will start a short explanation of certain features on our GARFIELD COUNTY EM app. This would be a good time for you to download it to your phone. There are many new things embedded in it so check it out.

4- Finally, as stated in some recent posts, the FIRE DANGER is increasing out there. Be extremely careful using anything related to fire. Just because it has rained or you see it’s a little muddy out there doesn’t mean that the surface foliage is fireproof. Just the opposite is true. Surface foliage is dry and will burn. If it’s a little muddy out there, we may not be able to get to it so keep this in mind.

CALL 911 IF YOU SEE SMOKE OR FIRE!

HAVE A SUPER DAY!!
