0350L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-12/16/20
1-The storms are over for awhile and we start a slow warmup. Yesterdays snow brought an additional 1.5 inches of snowfall. Amazing, we haven’t real winter weather in 2-4 years and within 3 months, we’ve had severe thunderstorms, an ice storm, and 2 snowstorms. In a La Nina weather pattern, we are “supposed” to be dryer but these things do happen. Not complaining as the snow was pretty cool.
2- Overall, we did ok. Continue to drive safely and be extremely careful out there.
3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Today-Decreasing clouds. Highs in the mid-30s. Light and variable winds.
Tonight-Mostly clear. Lows around 20. Light and variable winds.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
MIKE
