0435L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MGMT-7/8/2020

1-We are in a GENERAL TO MARGINAL RISK for severe weather this evening and then during the overnight hours. If storms occur this evening out in the panhandle, they will move east and possibly affect the area. These should weaken with the loss of daytime heating. The storms overnight MIGHT make it to the northern part of the area as a MCS (MESO CONVECTIVE SYSTEM) moves southeast through Kansas. Where it will track is the real question. We’ll see how that mess works out. Otherwise, a nice hot day and evening will occur

2- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

TODAY- Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 90s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.

TONIGHT- Mostly clear with lows in the mid-70s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

HAVE A SUPER DAY!!

MIKE
