0415L-WEDNESDAY UPDATE FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-6/13/18

1-We are in a GENERAL RISK for thunderstorms today. Chances are sitting at about 20% of any storms happening.  Wind and hail along with torrential rainfall would be the threats “IF” storms occur.

2- Between 2315L and 0100L overnight, we had a small line of noisemakers across the county that gave us just enough rain to give the bugs a drink of water. It’ll just add to the humidity effect.

3-We will be warming back up later today through the weekend and then our rain chances go up as moisture return from the gulf increases along with the remnants of what used to be Hurricane Bud.

4-Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today. Decreasing clouds. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 90s. East winds around 10 mph. chance of precipitation 20 percent.

Tonight. Partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 70s. Southeast winds around 10 mph.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!!
