0420L-WEDNESDAY UPDATE FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-3/21/18
 1- WARMER temps are on the way this week along with rain chances that will begin this weekend through next week. Exact details on where rain will fall and timing of boundaries is still a little up in the air this far out so as we get closer, models should begin to get a better handle on this.
 2-While our weather has settled a little, now is a good time to make sure areas around the house are secure, guttering and downspouts are clear and water paths, for free flow are ok. Birds like the guttering areas so carefully get up on a ladder and take a peak and clean them up! Keep those areas clear.
 3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
 Wednesday-Mostly sunny, with a high near 65. Light and variable wind becoming south southeast 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
 Wednesday Night-Partly cloudy, with a low around 46. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
