0315L-WEDNESDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/01/23

*Cold temps this morning, then we slowly transition back into warmer daytime temperatures. By this weekend, we should be back into the mid-60s with overnight lows in the 40s and 50s. The wind will be up there with gusts upwards of 20-25 mph this week so we will warm up but the winds will keep us feeling a little cool.

*We look to remain dry and the atmosphere will remain mostly dry so the fire danger will increase some so use caution if using anything related to fire. Winds will be gusty so controlled burning is not advised.

*Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Wednesday- Sunny. Highs in the lower 50s. South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

Wednesday Night- Mostly clear. Cold with lows in the lower 30s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
