0415L-WEDNESDAY UPDATE FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-9/5/18

1- We have received 2.2 inches of rainfall according to my rain gauge yesterday from 0200 through the evening hours and I received only 6 rainfall reports.  If you received more than this, please let me know. I am trying to get a better idea of what areas received the higher amounts.

2- Rain will continue around the area and will be heavy at times. A weak cold front comes into the picture later today so we’ll see how this affects the region.

3- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Mostly cloudy with showers likely and isolated thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 80s. Light and variable winds. Chance of precipitation 70 percent.

Tonight-Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms. Lows around 70. Light and variable winds. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.
