FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A “WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY” FOR SNOW, BLOWING SNOW, SLEET, AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS.
