0418L-FRIDAY UPDATE FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-2/2/18

1-The roller coaster ride with temps will continue both day and night so just be prepared by keeping a coat in the car or truck. This is simple preparedness.

2-We’ll have another front come through late Saturday or early Sunday. No rain.

3- Another front on Tuesday brings a LOW CHANCE for something. The speed of this one keeps our chances VERY low for rain once again.

4-Keep in mind that we usually go from one extreme to another so when rain finally comes, it’ll be a mess. As long as the wheat and other crops get what they need, we’ll deal with it.

5- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Friday- High near 47. East wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south in the morning.

Friday Night-Low around 31. South wind 10 to 15 mph gusting 20 mph.
