0355L-MONDAY OUTLOOK & INFO FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MGMT-2/24/2020

2- We are expecting a front this morning so winds will increase out of the north today. Other than this and a slight chance for more rain this morning and possibly a rain/snow mix late Monday night. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Mostly cloudy with a 50% chance of rain this morning. Highs in the lower 50s with Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with some gusts to 30+ mph.

Tonight-Partly cloudy & colder with lows in the lower 30s. Northwest winds around 10 mph.

COMMENT: We have an ARSONIST, aka-a fire starter out there. Folks especially in the rural areas of the county need to keep your eyes peeled and report ANY suspicious activity to the sheriff’s office immediately. These folks don’t realize the danger they put our responders and citizens in when they do this. Help us catch him or them. THANK YOU.
