FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-MONDAY

It appears we will have one more day before rainfall is back in the picture. Does this mean we will be inundated with water? No, but the possibility is there. TIMING is the major issue on Tuesday but for now, as I stated in previous posts, just have things secured around the house before tomorrow night and we’ll deal with what Mother Nature throws at us. Per NWS guidance, wind and hail appear to be our biggest threats but as always be prepared for any and all threats. I will be monitoring from home and in communication with all of our operations personnel. No need to worry, we are covered.

For tonight, there is a slight chance that storms may wander our way from the Texas panhandle. We don’t think they will actually make it this far east but if they do, they shouldn’t be severe. We’ll advise on that later today if needed.

Make sure you and your friends have downloaded our GARFIELD COUNTY EM APP. It’s the best way to get LOCAL information directly from us.
