The HEAT ADVISORY is still in effect until 8pm tonight. There is an EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING in effect in the NE quadrant of the state so if you travel that way, be careful.
 
Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
 
Saturday-Sunny and hot, with a high near 105. South southwest wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Saturday Night-Mostly clear, with a low around 77. South wind 7 to 13 mph.
 
Finally, we have placed good information here on this page this week concerning the heat. Hopefully you have taken the time to read it and heed the advisories. We will cool off a little Sunday and Monday and then we go right back into the heat again.
Keep an eye out on yourself, the kids and outdoor animals as this heat stresses everything and everyone.
