0400L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM ENID/GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/10/18
1–One word to keep in mind for the next week or so– “COLD” That said, SNOW is in the forecast BUT the graphics I am attaching WILL CHANGE per forecast guidance so don’t get fixated on where the lines are for forecast amounts.
2-Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Saturday: Sunny with a high near 48. South winds 5 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
Saturday Night: Mostly clear with a low around 33. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
3- At the time of this typing-0345L, its 19 at Lahoma, Breckinridge, VAFB, and 21 at Woodring Airport here in the county. Temps around the area are very close to these. I hope everyone disconnected the hoses from the water faucets around the house. Some of those could freeze.
4- I’ll update if anything major changes and we’ll put that information out over the GARFIELD COUNTY EM app.
HAVE A SUPER DAY!!
MIKE
