0340L-SATURDAY OUTLOOK FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-10/3/2020

1-GARFIELD COUNTY EM is our notification app. If you don’t have it, you will need it and you’re NOT PREPARED without it. Don’t wait until the last minute to prepare!

2- Another front/trough will move through the area around noon, give or take. It will become mostly cloudy at that time and there is an extremely slight chance we might see a raindrop late this afternoon. Southeast Oklahoma is where there may be a better chance for rain. Winds will become northerly after frontal passage but nothing dramatic should happen.

3- Overall, a nice day and tomorrow should be about the same. We’ll see what happens. Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Partly cloudy then becoming mostly cloudy early in the afternoon then becoming partly cloudy. Highs in the lower 70s. West winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the north in the afternoon.

Tonight- Clear. Lows in the lower 40s. North winds around 10 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.

Have a good day.
