FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-11/19/2017

It appears the FIRE DANGER will be the big thing this week as we continue to see fronts move through yet no precipitation. We are definitely drying out and it’s important that everyone keep an eye out for smoke and fire. It won’t take much to get one going out there so just be careful.

Overall for the week, highs in the 50-60 range and lows in the 30-40 range. Winds will depend on the various fronts moving through.  We’ll see a lot of sunshine.

Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today-Sunny, with a high near 60. West northwest wind 5 to 11 mph becoming south in the afternoon.

Tonight-Clear, with a low around 37. South wind 9 to 11 mph.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!!
