1- The storm system that caused the dreary weather yesterday is moving out and another will move in later on Friday. The drizzle should end sometime this morning and hopefully we’ll see some partly sunny skies this afternoon. Key word here is hopefully.

2- We are in an EXTREME drought so fire weather concerns will continue. Call 911 if you see smoke or fire so the proper response can be sent.

3- Overall, we’ll be ok so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Today- Cloudy this morning, then becoming partly sunny. Areas of fog this morning. Highs around 60. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph, becoming southwest this afternoon.

Tonight- Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog after midnight. Lows in the mid-30s. Northwest winds around 5 mph.
