1-There is a very slight chance to see some snow this morning. No impacts if we do are expected. Winds this morning will be gusty out of the NNE so wear a coat!! We should see gradual clearing as the day progresses.

2- Overall, a chilly and windy day so here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;

Thursday- 20 percent chance of snow before 9am. Cloudy then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 39. North northeast wind 10 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Thursday Night-Mostly clear with a low around 20. North northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming calm after midnight.
