0415L-TUESDAY UPDATE FROM GARFIELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT-2/6/18
1- WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR “SOUTH-CENTRAL AND FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA”. If you plan on traveling south, east, or southeast, later today, be careful and pay attention if any precip starts to fall.
2- I put a post my wife sent to me concerning a bird laughing on both my Facebook pages. It’s hilarious. Check it out if you have time. It should make you laugh at least a little.
3- Weather-wise- The forecast has changed a little and our chances for freezing precip have dropped to about 20% here in Northern OK. “IF” anything happens here, it would most likely happen this afternoon if at all. Overall, we’ll be ok and it’s important that you just pay close attention to the weather especially if you travel.
4- I will send information over our GARFIELD COUNTY EM app today if anything MAJOR changes.
5- Here is your forecast from the NWS/NORMAN;
Tuesday-Slight chance of rain or freezing rain after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 32. Northeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday Night-Partly cloudy, with a low around 17. North wind 5 to 10 mph.
HAVE A SUPER DAY!!
